Associations Annual Business Meeting
Pursuant to the bylaws of our Association, the president and board of directors announce our annual meeting will be held on Thursday, November 1 at 1:15 p.m. during the Fall Convention in Jacksonville, FL. The purpose the meeting shall be the election of directors and for the transaction of such other business as may come before the meeting. Due to conflicts in our speakers travel schedule, business will be conducted following the keynote address.
Each Regular Member company in attendance will be entitled to one vote on matters coming before the meeting. There are no provisions for proxy voting.
