RDO Equipment Co. recently announced the acquisition of Water Tech Ag Supply, a California-based company that provides agriculture irrigation solutions ranging from aluminum pipe, PVC pipe, booster pumps, and sand media filtration system rentals, to irrigation design services and pipe and pump repair.

The company has locations in Brawley, Escondido, Indio, Oxnard, Salinas, and Santa Maria, California, and Yuma, Arizona. The acquisition was effective November 1, 2013.

“This acquisition is a significant strategic move for RDO Equipment Co.,” said Christi Offutt, CEO. “Our customer stakeholders will benefit from the newly expanded solutions we will offer.”

Tractor Supply Company has announced that Cynthia T. Jamison, will succeed James F. Wright as Chairman of the Board upon the conclusion of Mr. Wright’s term at the end of the year.

Jamison has been the company’s Lead Director since 2010, and has served on the Company’s Board since 2002.
