Deere Ups Presence In Brazil

Deere & Co said they will invest approximately $80 million in its ag manufacturing and parts distribution operations in Brazil to increase manufacturing capacity for both tractors and combines, according to a company press release.

The company said the investments will be made to its combine and planter factory in Horizontina and its tractor factory in Montenegro, increasing manufacturing capacity by 35%, and a new parts distribution center in Campinas.
