EMDA Elects New Board Members

Newly elected officers and directors of the Equipment Marketing & Distribution Association (EMDA) for 2013-2014 are: Ted Traeder, CPMR, Traeder Enterprises, Inc., Hillsboro, Wisconsin, President; Kevin Wolters, Southwest Distributing Co., Inc., Clinton, Oklahoma, First Vice President; Wayne Barber, DFK Equipment Sales, St. Marys, Ontario, Canada, Second Vice President; John Fonda, John Day Company, Omaha, Nebraska; Treasurer and Immediate Past President; Ron Chandler, Becknell Wholesale Co., Lubbock, Texas, Secretary; Jerry Nettles, Short Line Sales/Short Line Implement, Memphis, Tennessee, Director; and Rob Ziola, Saskatchewan Trade & Export Partnership, Saskatoon, Saskatchewan Canada, Associate Member Delegate.

The seven-member board was elected at EMDA’s Fall Convention in Indianapolis, Indiana. The Board will supervise administration of membership services to EMDA’s member firms, located throughout the U.S. and Canada, who wholesale farm equipment and related power equipment products to retail dealers. EMDA’s headquarters is located in Iowa City, Iowa.
