A Member is looking for a Territory Manager to serve their fertilizer retailers. Qualified candidates should have sales and account management experience and/or experience with fertilizer or chemical application equipment. He/She must be willing to travel three out of every four weeks and be willing to work some weekends. Relocation is not required.

A member is looking for a highly motivated, self-starting Marketing Manager to lead their multi-faceted marketing and inside sales departments. The Marketing Manager will oversee all functions of marketing to include advertising, brochure design and follow through, dealer relations and sales presentation materials. The successful applicant will also be responsible for managing the company’s inside sales department, parts and service department and product management teams.

Education & Experience: A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; A minimum of five years of marketing experience in the farm and/or landscape industry; Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications as well as various desktop publishing and web design programs; Strong verbal and written communications skills; Proven management and supervisory skills.

The successful applicant should possess the following qualities: Ability to make personal presentations regarding marketing, sales programs, and products; Ability to develop and implement an annual Marketing plan and budget; An engaging relationship building personality; Ability to Coordinate trade shows and sales meetings; Knowledge of tractor implements, their uses, and an understanding of the market place; Understanding and experience with various social media.
