First Date To Remember

A Detroit, MI man has been sentenced to at least two years in prison for stealing a woman’s car after skipping out on the check during their first date. The twenty-four-year-old pleaded no contest to unlawfully driving away a vehicle, the Associated Press reports.

The woman told investigators that he told her he had forgotten his wallet in her car and asked for the keys. Police say the man then took off in the car. Defense attorney said about their client that he is a “very nice man who made a bad decision.”
