Frydryk Joins Kondex Corporation

Mike Frydryk of Fond du Lac has joined Lomira, WI-based Kondex Corporation as vice president of human resources and organizational development, according to Kondex President Jim Wessing.

Frydryk brings to Kondex more than 30 years of experience in all facets of human resources and holds certifications as a senior professional in human resources and as a lean six-sigma black belt. Most recently Frydryk served as Director of Organizational Development for Mercury Marine. In his new role, Frydryk oversees the human resource function at Kondex and will work with the leadership team and associates in the implementation of the company’s long-term growth initiatives.

Kondex is a supplier of high-quality commercial cutting parts to original equipment manufacturers across the globe for use in agriculture lawn and turf care, forestry, biofuels, and construction.
