Help Wanted: Director of Sales and Marketing

A member seeks a Director of Sales and Marketing to join their team. This position reports directly to the company’s CEO Company and Board. The person will be responsible for the overall management, direction and integrity of the sales and marketing department.

Primary responsibilities: Oversee the Sales Representatives, Service and Warranty Associate, Sales Coordinator and the Sales and Marketing Associate.

Required Qualifications: Minimum of three years of experience in a sales management role in the ag industry. Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting and selling products or services. This includes marketing strategy and tactics, product demonstration, sales techniques and sales control systems. Frequent travel is required.
