The essential function of this position will be to lead the design, development, modification and improvement of hydraulic quick couplings for agricultural and industrial fluid power applications. This position is responsible for providing support to customers, vendors and staff. A hands-on approach is essential to be successful in this position, the company says.

A Member is looking for an Agricultural Products Sales Manager for a shortline manufacturing company. Responsibilities include the day-to-day sales and marketing duties for the ag division of the company. This includes managing direct sales staff, independent sales representatives and distributors, the company says.

Extensive travel throughout North America is required to attend trade shows, dealer sales calls and sales training as necessary. The company says compensation is a base salary with a performance incentive.

This 25-year-old firm manufactures specialty designed farm implements and equipment used for handling bulk materials. Knowledge of equipment design of products manufactured is desired.
