Kaster Named Director of Nominations Committee

Association President Mike Kloster has appointed Paula Kaster from Kasco Manufacturing to serve a one year term as chair of our Nominations Committee for Directors of the Association. In addition to the Chair, Kloster also appointed the following former Association Presidents to serve on the committee:

Ricky Brown – Brown Manufacturing

John Malinowski – Leon’s Manufacturing

Jim Wessing – Kondex Corporation

Vince Tomlonovic – Hiniker Company

The Committee will develop a list of candidates who are qualified, willing, and able to serve on our Board of Directors; review candidates with the Board of Directors as provided for in the Bylaws; determine a slate of candidates to fill the required number of Board of Directors positions; and nominate that slate at the Association’s Annual Business Session during the Fall Convention in Kansas City.
