Leadership Changes at AGCO

AGCO has changed and expanded its senior leadership team with the intent, the company says, to further increase customer focus and strengthen investment in precision agriculture and digital solutions.

Robert Crain will be the senior vice president leading the newly formed customer experience team. Seth Crawford has joined the senior team in the new role of senior vice president for precision ag and digital. Crawford joined AGCO in 2019 to lead its fuse-connected services and technology division after 22 years at Deere.

Other members of the senior team will assume worldwide responsibility for AGCO’s core brands.

Torsten Dehner will be the senior vice president responsible for the Fendt, Valtra and Challenger brands. Luis Felli will be the senior vice president for the Massey Ferguson brand.

Kelvin Bennett has also joined the senior team as senior vice president for engineering following the retirement of Dr. Helmut Endres.

Tiffany Snyder, vice president of strategy and transformation, has also joined the senior team.

AGCO’s new chairman, president and CEO, Eric Hansotia, began Jan. 1. He said he looks forward to a delivering “farmer focused solutions.”
