Machineries Pronovost Acquires AgLand Industries

Les Machineries Pronovost Inc. recently announced they have acquired Agland Industries Inc. from Pro-Fab Group in Manitoba. Machineries Pronovost will be fabricating and commercializing the Macerator and the Matador, two farm equipment brands known for speeding up the drying of forage.

“This acquisition will enable Machineries Pronovost to consolidate its position in the hay market,” said company president Réjean Pronovost.
