NAEDA Dealer-Manufacturer Relations Survey

NAEDA just released a survey of 1,309 member dealers responding to their 2008 questionnaire of dealer-manufacturer relations.  The report summarizes 12 survey categories (i.e., product availability, product quality, etc.) for 39 brands of, not only farm equipment, but outdoor power equipment as well.  Shortline manufacturers should be pleased with the results.

Upon request, we will furnish members with the 37-page report.  Dealers that may receive the Shortliner should direct their requests to their respective state, regional and provincial associations.
