NAM: Selection of Ryan Enhances Focus On Manufacturing & Growth

The National Association of Manufacturers (NAM) President and CEO Jay Timmons said, in regard to the selection of Rep. Paul Ryan (R-WI) as a Vice Presidential candidate:

He has earned the NAM Award for Manufacturing Legislative Excellence every session of Congress since he was elected with a cumulative 91 percent record of support for manufacturing issues. In the current Congress, he has an unofficial 97 percent record of support.
