Notice Of Annual Business Meeting

The annual business meeting of our Association will be held on Wednesday, October 23, 2013 at 1:00 p.m. during the Fall Convention in Indianapolis, IN. The purpose of the meeting shall be the election of directors and for the transaction of such other business as may come before the meeting.

Business will be conducted following the keynote address of Dr. Barry Flinchbaugh on U.S. Ag Policy.  Each Regular Member company in attendance will be entitled to one vote on matters coming before the meeting. There are no provisions for proxy voting.
