Obituary: John D. Wallace

FEWA Past President John Doyle Wallace, 81, died of congestive heart failure, late last year. Wallace was born in Morristown, TN, graduated from Morristown High School, attended Mars Hill College and received his degree from Baylor University. He also served in the U.S. Navy during WWII.

As President of former FEWA member Wallace Hardware in Morristown, Mr. Wallace was elected to the FEWA Board of Directors in 1972 and served through 1997. He served as FEWA President in 1975.
