Right to Work on Its Way in Kentucky?

When Republican Matt Bevin surprised pundits and won the governor’s seat in Kentucky last week, he set up the state to become the 26th Right-to-Work state in the union.

After trailing in virtually every poll, Bevin beat Jack Conway (D) on Oct. 3.  Political observers expect Bevin to introduce Right-to-Work.

“He will likely push Republican issues during his first session of the General Assembly,” writes the Courier-Journal, “including bills that would allow people to work in union businesses without joining the union or paying union representation fees, charter schools, education vouchers and tort reform.” S
