Titan Acquires Dealerships

Titan Machinery Inc. said that it has agreed to buy two agriculture equipment dealerships in Nebraska. Virgl Implement Inc., which consists of one Case IH agriculture equipment dealership in Wahoo, and Victors Inc., which consists of one Case IH agriculture equipment dealership in Fremont.

Both deals are expected to close on or around September 1. In their most recently reported fiscal years, the two dealerships generated about $45 million in combined revenue. Titan now has 88 stores. ◆
