Titan Added To Russell Index

Titan Machinery Inc., operator of ag and construction equipment stores in Fargo, ND, said it has been added to the Russell 2000(R) Index.  The Russell 2000(R) Index measures the performance of the small-cap segment of the U.S. equity universe.  Chairman and Chief Executive Officer David Meyer said, “We are pleased to have joined the Russell 2000(R) Index as it provides greater awareness and visibility of our stock among institutional and retail investors.”

The Russell 2000(R) Index is a subset of the Russell 3000(R) Index representing approximately 10% of the total market capitalization of that index.  It includes approximately 2000 of the smallest securities based on a combination of their market cap and current index membership.
