Titan Completes Several Acquisitions In December

Titan Machinery Inc. said they are set to acquire Western Plains Machinery Co., and WP Rentals consisting of nine construction equipment locations in Montana and Wyoming, Farm Equipment reports.

Western Plains Machinery was founded in 1940 and has Case Construction dealerships in Billings, Great Falls, Missoula, and Kalispell, MT and Casper and Gillette, WY. WP Rentals has locations in Billings and Belgrade, MT and Cheyenne, WY. In its most recent fiscal year, Western Plains Machinery and WP Rental generated revenues of $48.9 million.

Titan said it has also closed the acquisition of Anderson Power and Equipment Inc., an ag equipment dealership in Thief River Falls, MN. Anderson Power and Equipment was founded in 1972 and reported revenues of $8.6 million for the most recent fiscal year.
