Titan Machinery Acquires Pioneer Garage

Titan Machinery Inc., Fargo, ND, is set to acquire the agriculture division of Pioneer Garage, Inc., along with three farm equipment dealerships in South Dakota. The acquisition is expected to close in October.

Pioneer Garage, with Case IH and New Holland dealerships in Pierre and Highmore, SD, and a New Holland dealership in Miller, SD, reported agriculture revenues of $44.7 million in its most recent fiscal year ended September 30, 2007. The three locations are contiguous to the existing Titan Machinery Stores in Huron and Redfield, SD.
