During The Spring Clinic

If you want to increase your company’s visibility to other FEMA members at the Spring Clinic, don’t miss the opportunity to be a part of the upcoming Product Showcase. Since the Product Showcase is a small show with less than 50 booths, your booth will not get lost in the crowd.

The Showcase will take place Saturday, April 4, from 9:30a.m. to 12:00p.m., with exhibitor setup taking place earlier that morning. Since it is such a short show, most exhibitors bring a very small display, some limited product samples or product literature.

To maximize traffic through the Showcase, we will be providing a brunch from 10:30a.m. to 12:30p.m. Spring Clinic attendees must come into the Showcase to exchange a ticket with a member of the association’s staff in order to get into the brunch. This ensures that everyone who wants to eat brunch comes through the show.

There are a limited number of booths still available so if you’ve been putting off registering for the Spring Clinic and the Product Showcase, now is the time. With the cost to exhibit being only $295 this is a great value for the time and material commitment needed to participate. Just to remind you though, you must register for the Spring Clinic in order to reserve a booth.
