Member company Haven Steel Products, Inc., is the new owner of Cutting Specialists, Inc., also an Association member.

Haven Steel Products, based in Haven, Kan., is a privately owned company producing spring steel components since 1969. The company fabricates and heat treats components for agriculture, construction, landscaping, and the trailer industry. It has been diversifying its product offerings.

Cutting Specialists, in McKenzie, Tenn., manufactures lawn mower blades, rotary mower blades and flail mower blades for original equipment manufacturers and distributors.

The plant in McKenzie will continue to operate.
