Alamo Appoints VP

Alamo Group Inc. announced last week that Edward (Ed) Rizzuti joined the company as its Vice President and General Counsel.

Before moving to Alamo Group, Rizzuti was Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary for Erickson Incorporated, an aircraft manufacturing and operating company based in Portland.

“We are delighted to have Ed join our management team,” said Ron Robinson, Alamo Group’s President and CEO. “He brings a broad legal background to Alamo that includes corporate, SEC, M&A, governance, compliance, international and other valuable experience.”

Rizzuti will be based at Alamo’s corporate headquarters in Seguin, Texas.
