Case IH Meeting Addresses Dealer Purity
Ag Equipment Intelligence (AEI) February issue and its On The Record video broadcast reported that “dealer purity” was addressed during Case IH’s dealer meeting in Florida this month.
Dealers at the meeting told AEI that, while Jim Walker, vice president of North American operations for Case IH, did not want to call it “purity,” the topic of Case IH getting its share of dealers’ wallets was raised on several occasions during the dealer meeting and was the key topic of the opening and closing remarks.

“Of concern this time around is the impact that combine inventories will have,” a shortline executive told AEI. “If there’s a combine inventory problem, and everyone expects there will be, when the dealer calls for help on notes coming due, there’ll be conditions laid down.” AEI is a subscription-based monthly publication.
