Please Welcome Kelley Kraus to the FEMA Team

The Farm Equipment Manufacturers Association is pleased to welcome Kelley Kraus as its new Operations and Admin Assistant. In this role, Kelley will provide administrative support to the FEMA team, assist with member services and events, and help the association implement new systems and processes designed to improve day-to-day operations.

Kelley brings a diverse professional background that includes administrative support, insurance, customer service, financial management, and more than 15 years as a small-business owner. Her experience has given her a strong background in working with customers, managing details, solving problems, and keeping things organized.

Kelley will play an important role as FEMA transitions to the new Association Management System (AMS) and QuickBooks Online. She will assist with maintaining accurate member information, supporting events and programs, and helping FEMA develop efficient processes that allow the staff to better serve its members.

“We’re excited to have Kelley join the FEMA team,” said FEMA Executive Vice President Joe Sampson. “Her experience and attention to detail will be a great addition to our staff as we continue to improve our systems and find new ways to support our members.”

A St. Louis, Missouri resident, Kelley is the proud mom of two sons ages 26 and 22. Outside of work, she enjoys exercising, cooking, decorating, and tackling organization projects. A country girl at heart, she also enjoys traveling to the area where she grew up and spending time at Table Rock Lake, where her sons enjoy water skiing.

Kelley is looking forward to getting to know FEMA members and meeting many of them at the 2026 Marketing & Distribution Convention in New Orleans.
