A rule issued by the National Labor Relations Board accelerates the schedule by which workers can file a petition to hold a union election and the election itself. The EPA has claimed “unprecedented jurisdiction over many different kinds of water, including those that temporarily result from a ‘drizzle,’ and areas that are not always filled with water,” said Sen.
